Session fees are due at the time photographs are taken.  Upon placing your order a deposit is required which amounts to 1/2 of the total due.  NO photographs will be ordered until this deposit is paid.  The balance is due upon delivery of your order or within 30 days from the date you are notified.  After 30 days a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month or 18% annually will be charged to your account.  No part of your order may leave Susie's Photography until the balance is paid in full.

Negatives and all digital media remain the property of Susie's Photography.
